The M03 algorithm is a full order context based encoder for the Burrows/Wheeler Transform. It offers both fast encode/decode speed and excellent compression ratios while requiring only 5N space to operate.

The alpha release requires 6N space due to the fact that it still uses MSufSort.3.1 beta which itself requires 6N space. However, this will be addressed when I find time to complete MSufSort 4.0. For now, however, I will continue to focus on improving speed and compression for M03 when I have time available.
